PRIVacy policy
This General Policy on Personal Data Processing (hereinafter – “Policy”) defines general requirements for the processing of personal data in Traverse Health (as defined below).
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’).
The Policy applies to Traverse Health registered in Amsterdam and its subsidiaries operating under the brand Traverse Health
Personal data processing is performed in a strict compliance with the international and local legislation of the countries of Traverse Health presence and its customers’ presence.

Traverse Health develops and implements internal regulatory documents concerning personal data processing.
Internal regulatory documents specify the requirements for particular and/or for general data processing cases in accordance with applicable legislation.
Internal regulatory documents are based on the provisions of this Policy and applicable legislation.
Internal regulatory documents of Traverse Health cannot contradict the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679)) and should primarily be aimed at protecting the rights and freedoms of the subject of personal data.
Traverse Health does not collect or process data from persons under age of majority (18 years or more), except as provided by law.
All persons carrying out the processing of personal data must be familiarized with this Policy and internal regulatory documents of Traverse Health, and act in strict compliance with their provisions.
Traverse Health takes into account the differences in the legislation of the countries where personal data is processed, and always acts in the interests of the personal data subject.
Traverse Health undertakes all possible legal, technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, considering possible risks.

Managing Personal Data
The User can review, change or delete Personal data that was provided by the User or that was collected from the User's website, in their personal account or by sending a relevant query to info@traverse.health. The User may use the same e-mail address should the User request their online Account to be deleted.
For technical reasons, the information may not be deleted straight away, but with a delay. Please note that we may retain some of the information to the extent that is necessary for fulfilling legal obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and protecting the legitimate interests of the Administration.
